Who we are and what this covers

Frontiza Services ("Frontiza", "we", "us") protects your personal data and uses it only to serve you. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

Frontiza is a financial products distribution firm based in Kolkata, India. We distribute mutual funds (AMFI ARN: [ARN 106878]), insurance as an IRDAI-licensed Corporate Agent (Registration No.: [IRDAI CA 0759r]), equity broking services (as [Authorised Person] of [Motilal Oswal], Reg. No.: [AP0297093863]), fixed deposits, and related products.

This policy applies to our website [www.frontiza.in], our branches, phone and WhatsApp channels, forms, and any other way you share data with us. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act,  and its rules and the guidelines of SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI.

By using our website or services, or by giving consent, you agree to this policy. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 except as nominees or minor investors, and then only with consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

How we use your information

We use your data only for clear, lawful purposes, based on your consent or where the law requires it.

• Opening accounts and completing KYC, FATCA and CKYC requirements
• Processing mutual fund, insurance, FD and equity transactions
• Understanding your goals and risk profile to suggest suitable products
• Sending statements, transaction alerts, renewal and SIP reminders
• Answering your queries and handling complaints
• Sharing market updates, newsletters, and offers (only if you opt in; you can opt out anytime)
• Improving our website and services
• Meeting legal duties under SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, PMLA, tax, and other laws
• Preventing fraud and protecting our clients and systems

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it. If you withdraw consent needed to run an account or policy, we may not be able to keep serving you for that product.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never ask for your passwords, OTPs, or PINs.

Who we share it with

We share your data only when needed to deliver a service you asked for or when the law requires it.

• Product providers: Mutual fund AMCs, insurance companies, NBFCs offering FDs, and our partner stock broker.
• Market and regulatory bodies: RTAs (CAMS, KFintech), KRAs, the CKYC registry, stock exchanges, depositories (NSDL, CDSL), BSE StAR MF / NSE MFSS / MF Central platforms
• Regulators and authorities: SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, RBI, FIU-IND, tax authorities, courts, and law enforcement, when legally required.
• Service providers: IT, cloud hosting, CRM, SMS, email, and WhatsApp vendors who work for us under confidentiality terms and process data only on our instructions. 

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it.

• Essential cookies keep the site and its forms working.
• Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) show us which pages are useful. The data is aggregated.
• Marketing cookies (such as Meta or Google Ads pixels) measure our ads, but only if you accept them.

Our site may link to AMC, an insurer, an exchange, or other third-party websites. Their own privacy policies apply there, not this one.

Security and retention

We use reasonable security practices in line with Indian law, including:

• Access to client data only for staff who need it, under confidentiality obligations
• Password-protected systems, encrypted transfer (HTTPS) and secure storage of physical KYC files
• Regular backups and reviews of our vendors' security

No system is fully secure. If a data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Your rights and how to reach us

Under the DPDP Act, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with
• Correct, complete, or update your data
• Ask us to erase data we no longer need, subject to legal retention rules
• Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing messages
• Nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India
